Smart Contract Audit For DEX

Objectives

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the smart contracts for a decentralized exchange (DEX) to identify security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Verify the correctness and reliability of the contract logic, including order matching, liquidity provision, and wallet interactions.
• Provide detailed findings and recommendations to mitigate risks and improve the overall security posture of the DEX.

Deliverables

• A detailed audit report outlining all identified vulnerabilities, with prioritization based on severity.
• A list of remediation actions, including specific code changes or configurations to address the issues found.
• A summary of the audit findings, including any recommendations for further testing or improvements.

Milestones
Milestone 1: Contract Review — Conduct an initial review of the smart contracts to understand their structure and functionality.
Milestone 2: Vulnerability Analysis — Identify and analyze potential security vulnerabilities, including reentrancy, overflow/underflow, and unauthorized access.
Milestone 3: Report Generation — Compile the findings into a structured report with actionable recommendations for the DEX team.

Success criteria

• All critical vulnerabilities identified and prioritized in the audit report.
• Remediation actions proposed that are feasible and aligned with the DEX’s security requirements.
• The audit report is complete, accurate, and provides clear guidance for improving the DEX’s security.

Out of scope

• Audits of third-party libraries or external contracts not directly part of the DEX’s core smart contracts.
• Testing of the DEX’s front-end or user interface.
• Audits of non-critical components or features not essential to the DEX’s core functionality.
